Position Overview:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Lead Brand Strategist to become a vital part of our team at Valneva, a specialized vaccine organization committed to the development, production, and marketing of preventive vaccines for infectious diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing initiatives for Valneva in France and the Benelux region in anticipation of the upcoming Chikungunya vaccine introduction.
  • Ensure comprehensive preparedness for the vaccine rollout across various customer demographics in France and Benelux.
  • Collaborate with both global and local teams to formulate brand strategies and actionable plans.
  • Analyze customer insights to guide marketing approaches.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to enhance outreach and effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and evaluate data to deliver insightful recommendations.
  • Manage the development, distribution, and retraction of promotional content.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives as required.
  • Assist in budget planning and oversight in partnership with the finance department.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial operations within the French market.
  • Possession of a dual degree in Pharmacy or Medicine and/or Business Administration.
  • Proven track record with successful vaccine launches and international marketing campaigns.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management capabilities with effective prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Fluency in English to facilitate seamless communication within the Valneva commercial team.
  • Exemplary ethical standards and compliance at all times.
