About the Role

Your primary mission is to manage all sales activities towards our SMB (small and medium-sized businesses) clientele. This includes developing our local market strategy, mentoring and managing the 'SMB' sales team, driving sales forecasting, and ensuring the team meets its objectives.

The Sales Manager role is to help us achieve our objectives of acquiring new clients and increasing revenue in the SMB sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Go to Market strategy for SMB clients in France in the KBF (Kitchen / Bathroom / Furniture) sector.
  • Ensure the link between the sales team and other departments of the company.
  • Lead and continuously develop the sales team, including recruitment, hiring, and training tasks, as well as participating in meetings with clients.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings for the SMB market in France.
  • Report on commercial activity and revenue forecasts.
  • Monitor and continuously improve sales activities.
  • Manage relationships with partners and the sector.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing a sales team (minimum 5 people), ability to motivate and develop the team and exceed their objectives.
  • Excellent understanding of business and a keen sense of commerce.
  • Proven experience in implementing new sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trust-based relationships (internally and externally).
  • Autonomy and ability to thrive in an environment where things evolve rapidly.
  • Pragmatic, positive attitude, proactive, and able to take the initiative.
  • Very good level of English, spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in software sales and knowledge of the market would be an asset.
