We are seeking a proactive Customer Care Specialist to bridge the gap between our customers' needs and our delivery, helping us to meet and exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate is dedicated to going above and beyond for customers, leaving no stone unturned in solving their challenges and making them feel valued.

• Manage communication and international sales relationships with customers and internal functions in a multicultural environment.
• Master the process Order to Cash (management of customer order processing).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.

• Bachelor's degree in sales (Bac+2).
• Experience in industry on a similar position.
• Master degree in export (Incoterm / means of payment / international transport).
• Master on the documentation chain on international sales.
• Good level in English (spoken and written).
• A second language is considered as a plus.
• Master pack office.
• Master in Excel.
• ERP: SAP / INFOR.
• CRM: SalesForce.
