ALTRAD is seeking a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to report directly to the subsidiary's Director.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment divisions within the organization to improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for management on quality, health, safety, and environmental issues.
- Engage in and oversee discussions regarding safety, security, and quality assessments.
- Facilitate training sessions and awareness programs on quality, prevention, and environmental matters.
- Aid in the formulation of procedures involving risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
- Lead investigations into incidents and manage accident monitoring processes.
- Assess risks, revise documentation, and conduct environmental evaluations.
- Guarantee compliance with regulatory checks, staff training, and onboarding for new hires.
- Act as the main contact for health, safety, and environmental inquiries from stakeholders.
- Implement the sustainability strategy of the group and work with management on specific initiatives for ALTRAD.
- Supervise quality and safety strategies, addressing any discrepancies.
- Participate in both internal and external audits, maintaining relevant indicators.
- Travel to various locations as necessary.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Quality, Prevention, or Environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in office applications and familiar with internal systems.
- Several years of relevant experience in the field.
