About the Job
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Consumer Services team as an Intervention Specialist - Proximity and Meter Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Reading meters
- Conducting customer surveys (verifying indices following a customer complaint, etc.)
- Managing customer moves (new connections, disconnections, etc.)
- Performing technical interventions for repairing leaks without excavation (collet on lead, copper, installing a sleeve, installing a connection, etc.)
- Replacing and/or installing meters and various plumbing components (RA, valves, etc.)
- Maintaining the remote reading system (changing and parameterizing transmitter heads)
- Modifying connections (soldering, installing a valve, etc.)
- Installing or modifying meter feeders
- Verifying daily the proper functioning of your vehicle and the equipment attached to it
- Respecting safety, quality, and environmental guidelines
- Ensuring the traceability of your activity in the tools in place (via smartphone, etc.)
- Performing on-call duties (obligatory)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A plumbing background and experience
- A valid B driving license
- AIPR certification (initially) with possible training
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
