About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Manager / Juriste Droit des Contrats to join our team. As a Contract Manager / Juriste Droit des Contrats, you will be responsible for assisting various supply chain teams with day-to-day missions, including contract drafting, negotiation, tracking, and analysis in both French and English languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist supply chain teams with contract-related tasks, including contract drafting, negotiation, tracking, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain contract databases and systems.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to supply chain teams.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory and legal developments and their impact on the company's activities.
- Participate in company projects and initiatives related to contract management and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of contract law and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
