De Philmain is a Supply Chain consulting company that supports clients in achieving their Supply Chain transformation. We are looking for a talented IT Project Manager Junior to join our team.
About the Role:- Lead the development of an IT solution, overseeing all project phases including conception, planning, execution, and maintenance.
- Assess project feasibility by identifying client needs, evaluating risks, and drafting detailed project specifications, including timelines, financial, and human resources requirements.
- Organize communication, manage and influence stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate teams, monitor project progress, and ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the final IT product.
- Proficiency in project management techniques, including the ability to design project specifications and plan activities effectively.
- Experience in project management (ERP, APS, supply chain solutions implementation).
- Mastery of software infrastructures, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of IT solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner, demonstrating expertise in Agile and waterfall methodologies to drive project success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering collaboration and motivation among team members.
- Professional proficiency in English, enabling clear communication with stakeholders and the preparation of comprehensive reports.
