About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at STEF Transports, a leading European transportation and logistics company. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods, managing logistics operations, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the transportation of goods, including planning and scheduling of routes, managing transportation documents, and communicating with drivers and customers.
  • Manage logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and freight forwarding.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers, including managing delivery schedules and communicating with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of logistics strategies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
