Job Description
As a Lead Product Designer, you will accompany our clients (large accounts and start-ups) in their user research and the definition of their product challenges through Design, user journey and experience creation, and digital interface creation. That's not all
Your Main Missions
The Discovery & Ideation Phase
• Continuously analyze user journeys (through user research, session recordings, and surveys) to understand problems and areas for improvement.
• Transform user insights and problems into relevant product solutions.
• Collaborate with the PM on the entire ideation and conception phase of new feature development.
Designing Interfaces
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes of highly functional and elegant product features, both in terms of UX and UI.
• Evolve and maintain the Design System, used to produce scalable interfaces.
• Ensure feature implementation quality by collaborating with the Tech team.
As a Manager
- Ensure the quality of recommendations and good relations with clients throughout the mission.
- Act as an ambassador of Monsieur Guiz, representing our values and expertise to clients and partners.
- Develop the expertise and professional development of the consultants you manage.
- Contribute fully to the construction and development of Monsieur Guiz's offer by proposing and managing commercial efforts and internal projects.
- Be responsible for commercial development of an offer/sector and be able to propose a differentiated value proposition.
- Improve your management and leadership skills.

Required Profile
We are looking for a profile with significant experience as a Product Designer in Agile teams of at least 5 years.
In addition to your skills and experience as a Product Designer, we are looking for a profile that shares our Guiz culture: someone who loves teamwork, agility, and exchange.
We get there, but in terms of skills?
- You can lead a workshop and participants are happy to have attended.
- You know how to explain what agility and lean UX are, and you're convinced it's effective.
- You master Figma but are also very comfortable with Sketch.
- You continuously monitor emerging design tools and concepts and enjoy sharing your recommendations with your team.
- You enjoy working within a team, exchanging good practices, and sharing your recommendations with your colleagues.
- You're familiar with change management: you know how to identify areas for improvement in the organization and processes to gain performance.
- You speak English fluently (and not just franglish, of course).
