We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods throughout our operations. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, coordinating, and overseeing various aspects of transportation and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to optimize delivery routes and schedules within budgetary constraints.
  • Manage driver assignments and ensure timely completion of deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Monitor shipment progress, resolve any transportation issues that may arise, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate loading, unloading, and inventory management processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency by identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a logistics or transportation coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
