Your missions
As a project management officer and expert PMO, your role will be to understand the specific challenges of your environment, provide your client with anticipation capabilities, and propose adapted solutions for the project. You will be oriented towards services, results, and client satisfaction.
Your main challenges will be:
- Structuring a project from the start (WBS, project management plan…);
- Planning and managing the project, in transversality, through cost, time, and quality aspects, by developing and optimizing project planning;
- Managing stakeholders through regular and adapted communication, particularly in the context of reporting critical points to the project direction;
- Developing presentation and management supports for project or program advancement meetings;
- Animating project reports by piloting performance indicators, being able to handle databases, and making their analysis visible (Power BI, data visualization);
- Analyzing project deviations and proposing corrective action plans;
- Identifying risks and opportunities, deducing their potential impacts on the project, and implementing response strategies.

- You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+5), a degree in engineering, or a master's degree/master's specialization;
- You have first experience in project management in an industrial environment;
- You are fluent in English and French;
- You have a strong relational profile and want to bring added value to everything you do;
- You are recognized for your leadership, synthesis spirit, and polyvalence;
- You are curious and enjoy learning.
