About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Delegate to join our team in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and selling product ranges to pharmacists and their teams, as well as managing order follow-up, invoicing, and customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and sell product ranges to pharmacists and their teams.
  • Take orders and manage order follow-up, invoicing, and customer accounts.
  • Advise pharmacists and their teams on product sales, stock management, and merchandising.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with commercial partners.
  • Target visit priorities and optimize your itinerary.
  • Organize, monitor, and enter your activity into CRM.
  • Develop a sector action plan in line with national objectives.
  • Analyze results against targets and implement corrective or sector development actions.
  • Make proposals for marketing tool improvements or creations.
  • Collect, analyze, and transmit requests and information to the relevant departments, including pharmacovigilance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a higher education diploma in business (such as BTS, minimum ESC) and have at least 3 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Delegate. They will possess excellent commercial acumen and a strong appetite for challenges, as well as mastering sales techniques and customer relations.

Sector to Cover

The successful candidate will be responsible for covering the P-19, P-24, and P-87 sectors.
