Social Media Specialist

ISCOD ALTERNANCE, a leader in Digital Learning training, is seeking a Social Media Specialist for an apprenticeship contract with a partner company specializing in consumer telecommunications. This role is designed to prepare you for one of our state-recognized diploma programs ranging from level 5 to level 7 (Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3, and Mastère/Bac+5). Your main responsibilities will include:
• Enhancing the visibility of the group's brands
• Creating and drafting tailored content to boost the development and exposure of each brand
• Managing and producing multimedia content (photography, video editing, infographics, and stories) across social media platforms
• Developing multi-account editorial calendars (scheduling social media posts) and engaging with the various accounts of the group
• Upholding community ethical standards (moderation)
• Reporting on all actions taken and the results achieved

You are the ideal candidate if:
• You possess strong knowledge of social media platforms
• You are comfortable using appropriate language and social codes
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign) and ideally have skills in video editing/creation tools
• You are familiar with social media management tools
• You have excellent writing skills
• Your versatility, proactive approach, and creativity are assets for this position
• You are eligible for a Bac+2 to Bac+5 training program (diploma validated or in the process of validation)
