Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe de Bâtiment Privé et Data Centers à Artelia. Vous serez responsable de la coordination et de la gestion de projets complexes dans le domaine des Data Centers et du Bâtiment Privé.

Missions
  • Coordonner et gérer les projets de Data Centers et de Bâtiment Privé, en collaboration avec les équipes de maîtrise d'œuvre, les entreprises et les intervenants.
  • Établir les règles de coordination, de communication et d'application des dispositions contractuelles et réglementaires.
  • Superviser le visa, la synthèse et le suivi des documents liés au contrôle technique et à la gestion des marchés de travaux.
  • Animer une équipe pluridisciplinaire avec des acteurs internes et/ou externes à l'entreprise.
  • Veiller à la prise en compte des remarques émises par les organismes de contrôle.
  • Établir la liste des réserves lors des opérations de réception des travaux et conduire le contrôle de la levée des points de réserve.
Qualifications requises
  • De formation minimum BAC+2, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en coordination de projet phase exécution et d'une première expérience en responsabilité de projets importants au sein d'une entreprise de maîtrise d'œuvre, d'une entreprise générale ou d'un bureau d'études sur des projets de constructions neuves, de fit-out ou de rétrofit de Data Centers.
  • Vous maîtrisez en tant que généraliste les principaux enjeux techniques liés à l'univers des Data Centers (Classification TIER de l'Uptime Institute, PUE/WUE, règlementation ICPE,...) afin d'être réactif face aux problématiques de vos clients.
  • Vous disposez d'un bagage technique solide sur les lots fluides (connaissance des différents modes de refroidissement : free-cooling, free-chiling, adiabatique, DLC ; ainsi que des architectures de production et distribution électrique).
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de management d'équipe (conception, équipe interne et Entreprise) et votre capacité à gérer tous les sujets liés à l'acte de construire.
  • Vous avez un anglais courant à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Vos qualités relationnelles vous placent en interlocuteur privilégié de la maîtrise d'ouvrage.
