Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Medical Director, Medical Asset Lead Neurotoxin Pipeline
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Director to lead our Neurotoxin Pipeline Asset Medical Strategy and execute the Medical plan to ensure timely achievement of the Asset's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and communication of integrated evidence generation plan (IEGP)
- Develop and execute medical/scientific strategies and plans demonstrating a value-add capability and mindset
- Manage global asset medical studies and programs including performance and safety and GCP compliance
- Work with the Head of GMA Neuroscience to develop annual medical affairs strategic and tactical plans based on product and disease state
- Foster Patient Engagement all along the value chain
- Drive and manage all medical affairs activities for Neurotoxin indications in close collaboration with global and local medical affairs as well as cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Advanced Clinical/Science degree (ideally MD)
- Extensive experience in Neuroscience (ideally Neurotoxin)
- Strong and committed leader with track record in and managing high performing teams, both operationally and strategically
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
