Your primary objective will be to guarantee seamless manufacturing and support operations at the site, ensuring there are no interruptions or deficiencies in facilities. You will achieve full compliance with local legal regulations, as well as Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems and standards. You will oversee the management and upkeep of site facilities, buildings, and equipment (both hardware and software).
Key Responsibilities
You will:
Collaborate across functions to formulate and execute a strategic Facilities roadmap and annual operating plan that provides a competitive edge for Mondelēz. Partner with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to define and achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement objectives. Establish robust governance to review and control operational performance and implement continuous improvement plans to meet best-in-class standards. Lead and ensure that the Building Maintenance program and Facilities maintenance capabilities, including maintenance repairs and overall operations, are effectively implemented. Ensure adherence to the business continuity plan and that manufacturing standards and government regulations are understood and monitored by all employees and service providers on-site. Provide leadership and coaching to the Facilities team in implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma methodologies, aiming for zero breakdowns through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and technical expertise of maintenance and operations teams; including PM (Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, CBM (Condition-Based Monitoring), visual controls, lubrication management, and equipment calibration. Exemplify company values and principles through effective coaching and mentoring, building skill capabilities across the technical and engineering teams to engage with modern practices. Develop a clear succession and resource plan for asset and technology personnel, identifying and implementing key strategies to attract, retain, and develop essential talent. Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to cultivate and maintain effective relationships, aligning priorities to achieve company objectives and goals.What You Will Bring
A commitment to advancing your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, with expertise in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma tools and concepts, as well as Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. An engineering background with solid financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, including PM expertise, spare parts management, and SAP PM module proficiency. Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), coaching, and leadership abilities in a collaborative environment. Proven skills in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.Additional Information About This Role
