Job Summary:

Ramsay Santé is seeking a skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Nurse - Endoscopy Specialist to join our team. As an Ambulatory Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our endoscopy department, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm Patient File Completeness: Verify that patient files are complete and accurate, ensuring that all necessary information is available for examination.
• Prepare Patients for Examination: Ensure patients are prepared for examination, providing reassurance and ensuring that they are comfortable and secure.
• Follow Fasting Prescriptions: Adhere to fasting prescriptions for patients, preparing them for examination while respecting established procedures and protocols.
• Follow Anesthetist's Prescriptions: Follow anesthetist's prescriptions, including premedication and infusion, ensuring traceability according to current legislation.
• Verify Patient Identity: Verify patient identity and the nature of the intervention, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Control Intervention Room and Equipment: Ensure that the intervention room and equipment are properly maintained and controlled, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Assist with Patient Installation: Assist patients with installation, ensuring that they are comfortable and secure.
• Monitor Patient: Monitor patient vital signs, including hemodynamics, post-interventional, analgesia, and pain, ensuring that they are stable and comfortable.
• Check Patient Discharge Time: Verify patient discharge time and inform accompanying persons, ensuring a smooth transition of care.
• Evaluate and Manage Pain: Evaluate and manage pain according to established procedures and protocols, ensuring that patients receive optimal care.
• Ensure Patient Discharge Prescriptions: Ensure that patients receive discharge prescriptions and dates of upcoming appointments, ensuring that they are informed and prepared for their next steps.
• Ensure Presence of Companion: Ensure that a parent or guardian is present for admission and discharge of minors, and that companions are present for other patients, ensuring that they are supported and cared for.
