Job Opportunity: Educateur/Educatrice Handball

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educateur/Educatrice Handball to join our team at Fédération Nationale Profession Sport & Loisirs. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing handball programs for young athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development:
  • Design and deliver handball programs for primary and secondary schools within our territory
  • Strengthen our women's handball program
  • Organize and lead youth handball camps during school holidays and discovery events at our club
  • Participate in cultural events where our club is involved
  • Support commissions as needed
• Sports:
  • Be the sports reference point: ensure consistency in youth training programs, lead the sports commission
  • Coach and mentor young handball teams (U9 to U15)
  • Support the development of our volunteer coaches
  • Consolidate our arbitration school and develop the JAJ
• Administration:
  • Act as a liaison with local authorities (OIS, committees 31, 32, and 65, league, municipality)
  • Manage venue bookings
  • Manage sports schedules (Gesthand, Kalisport)
  • Administer Kalisport
