Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Firmware Team Lead to lead the software test activities on UWB/NFC projects, in close relation with the Project Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for elaborating and improving the project test plan, ensuring the correct execution of the project test plan, including test development and test execution tracking, proposing and driving automated test platform evolutions, and managing reporting on the test activity.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the software test activities on UWB/NFC projects
  • Elaborate and improve the project test plan
  • Ensure the correct execution of the project test plan
  • Propose and drive automated test platform evolutions
  • Manage reporting on the test activity
Requirements:
  • Degree/Masters in Electronic and/or Computer Engineering
  • ~10+ years of experience in embedded firmware testing and/or standard compliance
  • Ability to drive a team of engineers to develop, execute, and review tests
  • Ability to define and improve processes, especially regarding software verification and validation
  • Solid experience of software development, including knowledge of Python, C, and scripting (Linux, Windows)
  • Good knowledge and practice of automated test platforms
  • Experience in configuration management tools (SVN / Git)
  • Fluent in English and French
