Job Title: IT Risk Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Project Manager to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the development and management of comprehensive project plans for IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOx projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans for ITGC and SOx projects, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with IT Control Owners and Operators to gather evidence and track program status, operating within the Rentokil Project Management Framework (PMF).
  • Identify and implement actions to remediate deficiencies found during Design Effectiveness (DE) and Operating Effectiveness (OE) walkthroughs, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain a clear and up-to-date view of the ITGC and SOx project status across regions, preparing and presenting regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with IT Control Owners, Operators, and other stakeholders, promoting awareness and understanding of ITGC and SOx requirements across the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Desirable: ITIL foundation certification, Project Management foundation certification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates a passion for IT and ambition to work in a project management framework.
  • Has experience in managing deliverables in a project environment and/or shown a capability within their current/previous roles.
