Job Summary:

Groupe Maillard Industrie is seeking a skilled Thermoforming Operator-Setter to join our production team. As a key member of our Thermoforming department, you will be responsible for operating and setting thermoforming machines to produce high-quality parts within specified deadlines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up machines for production, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure smooth operation.
• Document production data and incidents, providing valuable insights for process improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics, with a focus on thermoforming machine operation.
• Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.

Working Conditions:

• Shifts: 2x8 schedule, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
• Environment: Production workshop with a focus on safety and ergonomics, with mandatory personal protective equipment.
