Clinical Trial Coordinator with Financial Expertise

As a leading global contract research organization (CRO), PAR Fortrea France SARL provides pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device customers with a wide range of clinical development, patient access, and technology solutions across more than 20 therapeutic areas.

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Coordinator with financial expertise to support our team in Paris, France.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks associated with study start-up initiation, including tracking and reporting, ensuring collation and distribution of study tools and documents, and updating clinical trial databases (CTMS) and trackers.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Trial and Site Administration:

  • Tracking and reporting of essential documents and safety reports
  • Ensuring collation and distribution of study tools and documents
  • Updating clinical trial databases (CTMS) and trackers

2. Regulatory and Site Start-Up Responsibilities:

  • Providing and collecting forms and lists for site evaluation and validation
  • Obtaining and tracking study insurance certificates
  • Supporting preparation of submission packages for IRB/ERC and regulatory agencies

3. Budgeting, Agreement, and Payments:

  • Developing country and site budgets, including split-site budgets
  • Tracking and reporting of negotiations
  • Maintenance of tracking tools
  • Working knowledge of contract development, negotiation, approval, and maintenance

4. Meeting Planning:

  • Organizing meetings, including creating and tracking study memos, letters, and protocols
  • Supporting local investigator meetings, including invitations, preparing materials, and selecting venues

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospital contracts negotiations, preparation and validation of hospital overheads, vendor management, and invoicing. Additionally, they must be bilingual in French and English, have a valid driver's license, and be able to present at internal and external meetings.
