Battery Validation Specialist

Your responsibilities will include leading cell validation, developing validation methodologies, setting validation specifications, and reporting validation status. You'll also build a supplier's network for cell validation and analyze failure root causes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in materials science or electrochemistry, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You should be familiar with Li-ion cell and/or module development, testing, and modeling.
