Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bar Staff Member to contribute to the success of our St James Bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every visit is a memorable one. Your passion for mixology, combined with your ability to engage with guests and maintain a smooth bar operation, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring that every visit is special
  • Engage with guests using your cheerful and engaging personality, building rapport with our diverse clientele
  • Maintain excellence in the bar's smooth operation, upholding high-quality service standards
  • Enhance your product knowledge, staying informed about our beverage offerings, including drinks, snacks, and wine lists
  • Offer expert recommendations to guests, elevating their experience

Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English with guests and co-workers
  • Relevant work experience in a bar/restaurant/lounge environment is required
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this position)
