Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician - Customer Service F/M to enhance our team at LE DU INDUSTRIE in the region.
In this role, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will be tasked with the repair and maintenance of installations, performing diagnostics, and suggesting necessary interventions. You will be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance operations for contracted installations, including standby duties.
- Conduct maintenance on various structures at construction sites.
- Adjust and calibrate measuring devices.
- Perform necessary measurements and controls to ensure optimal installation performance.
- Identify and diagnose repair needs.
- Document all intervention reports accurately.
- Propose effective repair solutions.
- Carry out necessary repairs or coordinate with relevant teams.
- Conduct tests and measurements following interventions.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and act as their primary contact for technical inquiries.
- Represent the company in relevant meetings.
- Perform essential commissioning tasks.
- Conduct self-assessments as required.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in maintenance or a related technical field, with prior experience in a similar position. Knowledge in hydraulic, mechanical, industrial electricity, and electro-technical domains is essential.
Key attributes include a strong commitment to deadlines and objectives, meticulous attention to detail, effective leadership and communication skills, availability, and a collaborative spirit. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
Compensation:
The annual salary ranges from €28,000 to €35,000, commensurate with experience, along with bonuses and benefits such as a Company Committee, profit sharing, and family health insurance.
A company vehicle will be provided in accordance with company policies.
This is a permanent position.
