Staff Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Designer to join our team at Jasper, Inc. As a key member of our design organization, you will be responsible for creating enterprise features and functionalities that deliver high-quality experiences for marketing leaders and their teams.
You will work closely with our Product Managers and Engineers to design, develop, and launch new features that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in creating simple, delightful experiences will be essential in driving user adoption and engagement.
As a Staff Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to launch, and will be responsible for leading design efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving design decisions.
Responsibilities- Design and develop enterprise features and functionalities that meet the needs of our customers.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to develop and launch new features.
- Lead design efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
- Communicate design decisions and progress to stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on enterprise software.
- Proven track record of designing and launching successful products.
- Expertise in creating simple, delightful experiences.
- Strong understanding of user research and analysis.
- Ability to lead design efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
