About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at Daher. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of supplies for production and assembly activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor work in progress and progress of the production line in terms of supply and means of production.
- Reduce, correct and anticipate shortages and anomalies and interface with the Supply Department to ensure delivery of parts within the deadlines defined at the POD.
- Participate in the coordination of information/administrative/physical flows (quality, hub, production, etc.).
- Participate in production meetings and notify delivery delays and their causes.
- Propose alternative solutions.
- Monitor and demonstrate the traceability of equipment/component assemblies assembled on site.
- Analyze and monitor shortages.
- Analyze and monitor logistics points within his/her scope.
- Initiate requests for reception and urgent support via the Supply Department.
- Contact the Supply Department without delay for all missing or unsuitable items.
- Manage Pull (call for parts, production order at workstations).
- Ensure proper monitoring (tracking, surveys) and notify deliveries to the POD.
- Manage NCs: Rejection, Scrap, Rework, URE, RIO.
- Investigate and analyze all losses before declaration, according to the procedure.
- Participate in production meetings (SQCDP, TRAP, etc.), inform and alert if necessary.
- Manage means of delivery (Arrival/Departure: MDU, Roll, Trolley, Module, etc.).
- Collaborate and manage physical flows with the storeroom and local logistics.
- Participate in the continuous improvement process within his/her activity.
- Report KPIs, alerts and risks associated with his/her activity to his/her line management, as well as to his/her environment (supervisors, support teams, etc.).
- Activities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
