About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Technician to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As an Apprentice Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated door systems, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs on our automated door systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring we are delivering the highest level of service to our customers.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our automated door systems, including their operation, maintenance, and repair.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a relevant qualification, such as a BEP/CAP/Bac Pro in Electrotechnique, MSMA, SEN, MSCP, or a Bac Technologique.
• Have a strong interest in technical fields, such as mechanics, electricity, and electronics.
• Be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills.
• Hold a valid driving license.
