We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Major Projects division in Renfrew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for covering all aspects of Quantity Surveying, including cost control, cost management, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Produce monthly cost reports that meet project timescales
- Identify cost control measures to aid costs profiling and use cost databases, financial systems, historical data, and trend analysis to review and interpret cost information
- Work closely with peers and teams to ensure effective cost management and control
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to aid project profitability
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
- Previous experience of the construction industry, with knowledge of NEC4
- Demonstrable experience of working in a major project environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
