Aventa is seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman/Designer to join our team in the renewable energy sector. As a major player in the industry, we are committed to contributing to the energy transition by supporting projects developing innovative and sustainable solutions for the production of bio-methane and biogas.
Job Responsibilities- Develop detailed drawings and blueprints for civil structures, including foundations, buildings, roads, and drainage systems.
- Prepare and revise 2D and 3D models of civil works using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with engineers to interpret project specifications and convert them into technical drawings.
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant Eurocodes and NF EN standards.
- Prepare layouts for the placement of equipment, pipelines, and other infrastructure within the production sites.
- Assist in the creation of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) for site infrastructure.
- Update drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and field teams.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that designs are correctly implemented during construction.
- Manage document control for all drawings and ensure proper versioning and traceability.
- Conduct site visits as needed to verify measurements and ensure design accuracy.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Drafting, Design, or a related field.
- Initial experience (or entry-level) in civil drafting for industrial or construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software, with a basic understanding of civil engineering principles.
