About the Role

Gleamer is a pioneering company in the field of AI-assisted healthcare solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment and Technical Support Specialist to join our Ops team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pilot all aspects of deployment projects, ensuring seamless integration and efficient interoperability.
  • Identify, plan, and execute deployment stages, collaborating with customers and business partners to assess needs and feasibility.
  • Monitor Deployment KPIs, adapt processes, and enhance speed and quality.
  • Address customer issues, document action plans, and coordinate with technical resources for resolution.
  • Update SalesForce with deployment and support ticket information.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements for new product releases.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Significant experience in healthcare and information systems.
  • Strong technical skills, including remote control, VM, OS installation, and script generation/editing.
  • Excellent customer interaction skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Experience with networking configuration and fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Spanish or Italian is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Adept with RHEL, Docker-compose, and cloud application architecture.
  • Knowledge and experience of Linux scripting tools and command-line utilities.
  • Experience with healthcare IT technologies, such as PACS, RIS, and familiarity with standards like DICOM or HL7.
