About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanic Technician to join our maintenance team at our Mazan factory. As an Electromechanic Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment that powers or regulates our installations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform and coordinate the execution and preventive and corrective maintenance
    • Ensure and maintain the organization of mechanical and electrical autonomy
    • Propose and implement modifications or improvements on equipment in various workshops to enhance technical performance, integrating safety, environment, and working conditions
    • Regulate and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, and relays
    • Treat faults by replacing organs
    • Perform periodic checks, inspections (weekly rotation), and planned interventions
    • Record activities performed
    • Upon receipt of the OT, ensure the presence of necessary resources (subcontractor and materials)
  • Stock Management
    • Participate in the management of maintenance stocks (spare parts, consumables)
  • User Support
    • Perform modifications on existing equipment at the request of your supervisor
    • Intervene autonomously, but may be assisted by a mechanical, electrical, or methodical colleague
    • Prepare requests for quotes from suppliers
    • Manage autonomous projects with subcontractors (logging, follow-up, etc.)

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a CAP, BEP, or bac pro level who has:

  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Authorizations for adapted driving (CACES 3, nacelle...)
  • A work permit at height
  • Functional and structural knowledge of equipment
  • Experience working on an industrial machine park
  • Ability to read and understand a plan
  • Ability to develop a diagnosis
  • Ability to interpret and criticize results from a measurement device (flowmeter, pressure gauge...)
  • Ability to report important information orally to your hierarchy and concerned parties
