Industrial Finance Manager

Coty recherche un professionnel expérimenté pour occuper le poste d'Industrial Finance Controller Manager. Ce rôle est essentiel pour soutenir l'équipe financière de l'entreprise et contribuer à la réussite de ses opérations industrielles.
Responsabilités- Créer des mises à jour annuelles du budget et des prévisions pour la main-d'œuvre directe (DL), les écarts d'utilisation des matériaux (MUV) / les pertes absolues et les recouvrements (TAL)
- Reporting et prévisions
- Valider les écarts mensuels des coûts de conversion, les analyser et les remettre en question afin de contrôler les dépenses conformément au budget
- Rapports hebdomadaires sur le volume/l'absorption, les écarts de main-d'œuvre directe et le TAL. Fin de mois et contrôle.
- Clôture du mois avec précision et dans les délais, en partenariat avec les équipes du SSC et des dépositaires
- Soutenir l'équipe d'innovation en lui fournissant des coûts de produits précis et opportuns à l'aide de SAP et d'EzyCosting
- Participer à des projets et identifier les améliorations à apporter aux processus afin de rationaliser les activités financières et de permettre une activité à plus forte valeur ajoutée
- Excellentes connaissances des logiciels type SAP, Excel et une compréhension approfondie des méthodes d'analyse des systèmes et des principes, de la conception et des méthodes procédurales utilisées dans l'analyse des big data
- Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les principales parties prenantes du rôle
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite, maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Capacité à organiser et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Statut « Cadre » et de réelles perspectives d'évolution dans une entreprise soucieuse du bien-être de ses salariés
- Salaire annuel sur 13 mois
