About the Job
The Procurement Performance Program Manager will play a key role in driving procurement transformation projects and defining the sustainability strategy for Procurement in AXA. This includes creating a vendor risk framework, applying focus in selected areas, and driving M&A Procurement practice to secure Procurement activities related to acquisitions and divestitures across the Group.
Main Missions
- Participate in the deployment of Data management activities
- Gather and understand the requirements of stakeholders to provide them with data driven solutions
- Participate in the structuration of Procurement data model, both as-is and to-be, document data dictionary, and participate in various initiatives to improve data quality
- Participate in transformation initiatives as a stakeholder responsible for data decisions
- Participate in Procurement Savings tracking & reporting
