We are seeking a compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistant to be part of our organization at ADMR. If you are passionate about delivering individualized care and thrive in a nurturing environment, this role is ideal for you.

This part-time position allows you to work with a variety of patients in their own residences, offering essential assistance and care during the hours of 7am to 12pm and 5pm to 8pm. There is also the option to use a company vehicle for your appointments.

Primary Duties:
  • Deliver hygiene assistance and clinical oversight
  • Support daily hygiene practices, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and report vital signs and any changes
  • Assist patients with their medication and dietary requirements
  • Ensure safe and secure caregiving practices
  • Build rapport with patients to enhance comfort and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Qualifications:
  • Certified Healthcare Assistant with a desire to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license for company vehicle use
  • Availability during specified hours
