Job Description

Fed Construction is seeking a skilled Lead Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 electricians and overseeing the installation of electrical systems in various types of buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electricians to ensure efficient and safe installation of electrical systems
  • Plan and coordinate electrical installations in accordance with building plans and regulations
  • Supervise and train junior electricians to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
  • Minimum CAP or BEP in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Lead Electrician in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
