Our Vienne agency is on the lookout for a Team Supervisor (M/F). Reporting directly to the Agency Director, your key responsibilities will encompass:

• Leading, motivating, and managing your team
• Delegating daily tasks to technicians
• Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols for both equipment and personnel
• Tracking team productivity and service excellence
• Offering occasional on-site assistance for intricate repairs

What qualifications are we seeking?

• Experience in a technical domain
• More than 5 years of expertise in the maintenance of heating and hot water systems
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills and a focus on customer service
