Our Vienne agency is on the lookout for a Team Supervisor (M/F). Reporting directly to the Agency Director, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Leading, motivating, and managing your team
- Delegating daily tasks to technicians
- Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols for both equipment and personnel
- Tracking team productivity and service excellence
- Offering occasional on-site assistance for intricate repairs
What qualifications are we seeking?
- Experience in a technical domain
- More than 5 years of expertise in the maintenance of heating and hot water systems
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills and a focus on customer service
- A valid driver's license is essential for this role
