Position Overview:
The DSI Group is at the forefront of digital transformation and modernization initiatives, aiming to deliver enhanced value-added services to its clientele. To bolster these efforts and improve project delivery efficiency, a Project Management Officer (PMO) position has been established. This role is vital in overseeing projects within the intricate structure of the DSI Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to formulate project methodologies tailored for the DSI Group.
- Develop and implement project lifecycle management frameworks.
- Establish a unified framework along with performance metrics for effective project tracking.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and roadmap definitions.
- Oversee project progress and milestones, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables within designated timelines.
- Assess risks and opportunities, recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Manage resource availability and financial obligations effectively.
- Produce regular project status reports and executive dashboards for leadership review.
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and anticipated outcomes.
- Participate in financial oversight processes, budgeting, and realignment activities.
Ideal candidates will possess a Master's degree and demonstrate substantial experience as a project manager or PMO within an international organization. Proficiency in project management tools and portfolio management solutions is advantageous.
