- We are seeking a dedicated NURSE COORDINATOR to support children facing motor challenges and/or dyspraxia.
- Play a key role in the holistic care of these children by overseeing medical actions in collaboration with the lead physician.
- Assist the physician during consultations and maintain accurate medical documentation and necessary equipment.
- Engage in the creation of care strategies and internal documentation, ensuring effective execution.
- Provide guidance, information, and support to families.
- Work collaboratively within a diverse team of professionals.
Qualifications:
- This is a permanent role with a 0.30 ETP workload.
- Position adheres to the CCN51 labor agreement.
- A valid driver's license and a nursing qualification are required.
- Presence is required on Thursday mornings for service coordination.
