Operational Risk Management Specialist

Join our team as an Operational Risk Officer and contribute to the development of a leading global player in sustainable mobility.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Officer to join our Central LOD1 NFR & Compliance team. As an Operational Risk Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, mitigating, and monitoring operational risks on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with the Business and LOD1 managers to ensure that the level of operational risks remains within the framework of our risk appetite statement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational risk frameworks and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of high risk to develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Business and LOD1 managers to ensure that operational risks are properly monitored and mitigated.
- Provide training and support to Business experts and actors on operational risk management.
- Contribute to the improvement of data quality management and interact with different stakeholders, including Business experts, Central and Local LOD1/LOD2, and SG RISQ/NFR.
- Proven ability to discuss with the business and adopt an independent partner posture.
- Significant knowledge of the regulatory and risk environment in the financial sector or in a regulatory/supervisory control body.
- Autonomy, ability to make decisions, and rigor.
- Integrity, exemplarity, and coordination skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk-related functions in an international context.
- Advanced usage of Excel is mandatory.
- Fluent English required (French or Dutch would be a plus).
