Marketing Role

The Biesse Group is seeking a skilled Marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in ORGANIZATIONAL PLACEMENT.

Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in relevant marketing B2B areas and will be responsible for ensuring that key corporate and product messages are communicated effectively to target audiences inside and outside the company.

Key Activities

The Marketing Manager will develop, plan, and execute outbound marketing activities for the company, including public relations, tradeshows, events, online & offline communication, social media, lead generation, product launches, branding in accordance with the given budget and Group's corporate image.

The employee will continuously and actively update the Subsidiary's Direction of the ongoing activities and suggest new strategies relating his/her activities.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Define a marketing plan taking into account local sales strategies yet complying with central marketing guidelines & tools and actively proposing successful marketing strategies.
  • Development of yearly marketing budget of marketing department and monthly report under the supervision of the Subsidiary Director.

Event Management

The Marketing Manager will organize, supervise, and carry out complex internal customers events, external trade shows, sales training, and conferences managing all activities related to these events respecting timings and deadlines, including:

  • Liaise with Sales team to schedule events throughout the year.
  • Prepare event agenda.
  • Registration forms for customer events.
  • Trade show space booking.
  • Ordering event materials/literature.
  • Plan/arrange catering.
  • Hotel rooms, transfers, other services booking and update.
  • Event's communications (social media, invites newsletters, press releases, etc.).
  • Vendors selection and supervision.
  • Contractor selection and supervision.
  • Develop media packs & giveaways.

Communication Plan

The Marketing Manager will develop and coordinate the local communication plan, including liaising with magazines and websites, selecting right ones, negotiating rates, and preparing contents.

The employee will produce written materials, including press releases, corporate marketing materials, company website content, briefing material, press articles, and other communications (with the guidance of HQ).

The Marketing Manager will execute overall PR plan for the company and carry out website maintenance and update (local website derives and is integrated in a global website strategy).

The employee will manage local social media company pages, updating them regularly, producing contents for them, and promoting them through the right tools.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • English native level language.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Managerial attitude.
  • Strong, decisive yet well-mannered and outgoing personality.
  • Independent but with team spirit.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multitasking.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proactive.
  • Diligent.
  • Degree in Business/Marketing is a plus.
  • Sales Force system knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Italian language is a plus.
