Nexter is seeking a skilled Industrial Welder to join our team. As an Industrial Welder, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to welding and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and robotic welding operations to assemble and repair metal parts and equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient welding.
• Conduct quality control checks on welded parts and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and achieve quality goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial welding and fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
