We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join Groupe Fed, a leading construction company in Valence.
Groupe Fed has a rich history of delivering high-quality construction projects, specializing in turnkey solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Our team of experienced project managers and construction economists work together to deliver exceptional results.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with clients and assisting them with project feasibility and development
- Conducting thorough cost estimations and creating detailed project documentation
- Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project execution and timely completion
- Overseeing project progress and ensuring client satisfaction until project completion
- Traveling within the region to meet with clients and stakeholders
Prospective candidates should have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of a Bac+2 degree and previous experience in a similar role. Strong skills in cost estimation, project planning, and client management are essential.
Groupe Fed offers a competitive salary range of €42,000 to €54,000 per year, inclusive of benefits such as a company vehicle and various bonuses. We value flexibility and work-life balance in the workplace.
