About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Green & Sustainable Finance Consultant to join our team at Natixis. As a key member of our Green & Sustainable Hub, you will play a crucial role in proposing and structuring sustainable financing solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and structure Green & Sustainable / Transition products for our issuer/borrower clients, representing the GSH to clients in coordination with the various business lines of the bank.
  • Support our clients in their approach to Sustainable Finance and ESG / CSR / Energy Transition, advising on sustainable finance, ESG / CSR strategy, and Sustainable Finance.
  • Develop ESG / CSR / Transition and Sustainable Finance expertise within the GSH on sectors related to the GSH Centre of Expertise and experts/managers in the business lines.
  • Lead the internal relationship as a privileged GSH contact for the business lines and actively participate in the associated governance to ensure a fluid relationship with the GSH and close monitoring of opportunities and commercial action plans.
  • Capitalize on Natixis' Green Weighting Factor (GWF) methodology in customer dialogue, product offering, and integrity.
Requirements
  • Higher education with at least 5 years of experience in structuring or sustainable finance functions and/or as a Green & Sustainable finance advisor.
  • Familiarity with areas of expertise in sustainable finance CSR, structuring, project management, risk/opportunity analysis, and ESG.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to transmit knowledge and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English with a C1 level.
