About the Role
We are actively seeking a Bid Manager - Tender Process Specialist (m./f.) to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for full tender process management, including bid preparation, team coordination, resources allocation, and deadline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the tender process from gate 'Go/No Go' until gate 'order lost'/ 'order won' handover to project management.
- Coordinate the tender team (Tech sales and Sales) along with other departments (procurement, quality, engineering, supply chain, …).
- Ensure data quality in Salesforce CRM.
- Prepare profit margin and risk analysis based on winning price assumptions and cost input.
- Monitor & Report: regular check on data completeness & reliability, reporting to Sales, Division, and Corporate Management.
Requirements
We are looking for a senior professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management (in engineering or in sales). The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Project Management
- Profit margin analysis
- Team coordination
Desirable Skills
The successful candidate will have a good command of English and be a team player with strong soft skills, including rigor and agility. Legal authorization to work in the EU is required.
