We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our Product Organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and execute impactful research projects that inform product strategy and design.
- Represent user and customer experiences through clear and actionable insights, influencing product development and iteration.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current and potential user needs, opportunities, and pain points.
- Experiment with innovative research methods to shed new light on client experiences and inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with design, product, data science, marketing, and engineering teams to drive user-centered design and product development.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in UX research roles, with a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Deep knowledge of user research principles, practices, and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and with multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for building user-focused products that solve critical problems.

- A competitive salary range of $114,750-153,000, depending on location and experience.
