About the Role

The Intellectual Property team, working across multiple departments, is seeking an intern to join our team for a 2-year period. This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop and acquire numerous skills in IT, project management, and finance.

The management of intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, etc.) is a major and strategic issue for the group. As such, this service plays a fundamental role and is at the heart of the company's business and employees.

You will be responsible for the following missions:

IT/Digital:

  • Administer and ensure the proper functioning of the IT and digital environment (process management, templates, etc.) of the Intellectual Property department, being the point of contact between users and the software editor.
  • Manage functional applications for installation, provide IT support, and assist users in the department.
  • Act as a community manager, animating internal and external communication via a Microsoft SharePoint site or managing documents in the document repository.

Finance:

  • Track invoices.
  • Provide support for budgetary follow-up (control of management).

Project Management:

  • Assist the project manager.
  • Follow and disseminate performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Preparation of a Bac+4 degree in the MIAGE field.
  • Master of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Reactivity.
  • Fluent English (all exchanges will be in English).
