About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Capijobnew. As a key member of our Retail Design & Development Center, you will assist the Graphic Production Manager in various projects related to the acceleration of Omnichannel in the beauty world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless access to the ELC Studio platform.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with the VM & Dev Teams.
  • Facilitate connections between the Studio and suppliers.
  • Assist in the creation of Artworks.
  • Respond to emergencies.
  • Help with Guidelines & Fonts Updates.
Requirements
  • Position oriented towards visual communication and creation professions.
  • Minimum Education Level: BTS Graphic Designer / Infographie 2D 3D / Schools specializing in art, communication, advertising, and multimedia.
  • Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1 previous professional experience required.
  • Required Language Proficiency: French, English (spoken & written - MANDATORY).
  • MAC universe user MANDATORY.
  • A graphic 360 capable of responding to both media and offline on online media.
  • High skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign / Adobe Acrobat).
  • Knowledge of media software (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / 3D software) would be appreciated.
  • Knowledge of the entire communication on different support.
  • Technical skills in assembling the various elements of the graphic chain.
  • Ability to be autonomous on a project to meet deadlines and follow the manufacturing steps.
  • Artistic sensibility and creative sense, taste for layout and the development of communication.
  • Ability to work in a team, share ideas, and bring a creative concept to fruition, respect a work plan and deadlines.
  • Ability to learn new tools and new working methods to keep up with the times.
  • Good interpersonal skills and good listening skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Strong technical skills: Cropping, Cropping Guidelines, Video Gif, Retouch photos, Photomontages.
  • Adaptability & ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Keen interest in cosmetics & luxury.
