Job Title: Digital Verification Technical Leader

SCALINX is seeking a highly skilled Verification Technical Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the verification team to successfully verify state-of-the-art ASICs.
  • Participate in defining and implementing IC verification methodologies.
  • Collaborate with other technical leaders to develop IC verification strategies.
  • Lead subsystems and top-level verification plans activities and execution.
  • Contribute to writing subsystems and top-level self-checking test benches & testcases.
  • Design and improve Verification IPs.
  • Support the Analog Mixed Signal team for mixed signal simulations.
  • Support the Silicon Validation team for the evaluation of manufactured ASICs.
  • Participate in test procedures following company QA policy.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in chip-level and circuit-level Verification.
  • Solid background in digital electronics and signal processing.
  • Expertise in SystemVerilog/UVM with extensive coding and verification experience.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (TCL, Python, Makefile, etc.).
  • Understanding of the full ASIC flow and experience in Gate-Level Simulation and/or DFT.
  • Previous experience in verification of CPUs (ARM, RISC V) and C-oriented testing is a plus.
  • Previous experience in verification of Interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, and DRAM is a plus.
  • Previous experience in verification of digital functions for Mixed-Signal ICs is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Cadence or Synopsys Simulation/Emulation flow is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Formal Verification is a plus.
  • Creative and proactive individual.
  • Team player with a critical attitude and sense of initiative.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent communication in English (oral and written).
