Digital Marketing Product Manager

As a Digital Marketing Product Manager at SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of central marketing initiatives and team management, ensuring the framing, prioritization, and agile deployment of new digital marketing projects and campaigns.
- Implement international digital marketing actions, communication strategies, campaigns, KPI definition, and other processes to achieve business and marketing-defined objectives with management and subsidiaries in a B2B/B2C framework.
- Optimize the SEO performance of our e-commerce platforms and manage paid advertising campaigns from A to Z.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns via Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Ensure the product management of our Digital Marketing tools – Eloqua, mailjet, AB Tasty, SEO, advertising tools, etc.
- Maintain and enrich digital marketing key assets (segmentation/data engineering/Marketing Dashboard on Salesforce and Power BI) through the prospect/customer life cycle, making them apply in B2B/B2C and monitor/optimize country use.
- Develop customer knowledge, analyze campaign results, and make recommendations.
- Train and guarantee functional support to subsidiaries on digital marketing tools.
- Coordinate the different service providers, monitor the budget, and ensure ROI.
- Qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of relevant working experience within a reputable law firm and/or in-house within an international organization/financial institution.
- Solid knowledge of privacy and outsourcing rules and regulations and understands how these apply for an international group of companies operating in a financially regulated environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills required to be effective across all levels in and outside of the international organization of SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA.
- A can-do mentality and able to act swiftly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest levels of quality, confidentiality, reliability, and integrity.
